To open any of these forms or documents (so you can see them first) just left-click on the link as usual. To download them (that is, transfer them to your own computer) you must RIGHT-click with your mouse and then select "Save Target As..." from the pop-up menu which appears. Select the file on your own computer you wish the document to be stored in and then click "save." To view pdf files (which can be filled in on your computer then printed out) you need Adobe Acrobat reader; if you do not have it, it is available as a free download by clicking here.
